Help & Guide

A quick reference for everything in ReputeLift.

Getting started (10-minute setup)

Your dashboard shows an onboarding checklist that tracks your setup automatically: complete your profile, connect Google, set your AI tone, add customers, send your first request, print your QR code, and set up alerts. It disappears once you're done.

Review Inbox

All your reviews in one list with platform, rating, and status filters. Use Sync to pull from connected platforms, or Add Review to enter one manually. Click any review to draft and post a response.

Review Requests

Send requests by SMS or email to selected customers, immediately or scheduled. Opt-out language is included on every SMS. Do-Not-Contact and opted-out customers are excluded automatically.

Customers

Add customers manually or import a CSV. Mark Do-Not-Contact or SMS-opted-out, and see who has been requested or has reviewed.

QR Code & Review Link

Copy your public review link (reputelift.com/r/your-slug) to share anywhere, or download a printable QR code for counters, receipts, and table tents.

Templates

Copy-paste response and request templates by scenario (5-star, mixed, negative, and request messages). Your business name is filled in automatically.

Analytics

Rating distribution, year-over-year comparison, a 12-month trend, and per-platform breakdowns. Filter by 7/30/90 days or 12 months.

Notifications

Choose where alerts go, enable new-review and negative-review alerts, and manage the weekly digest. The page shows last-sent and next-scheduled digest times plus a Send-now button.
