Your reputation at a glance — rating, review velocity, response rate, and every recent review in one screen.
Your happiest customers rarely think to post a review on their own, and the one unhappy voice that does can sit at the top of your listing for weeks. ReputeLift makes asking effortless, keeps every review in one inbox, and helps you reply fast — so the reputation people see matches the work you actually do.
You run one location, not a marketing department. ReputeLift does the review job — nothing you have to learn, nothing you'll get upsold on.
Your reviews live in a single inbox, filtered by rating and response status so nothing slips. Open any review and ReputeLift drafts a reply that references what the customer actually said — you edit if you want, then approve. The draft is a suggestion only; nothing posts until you say so. You add reviews today; direct Google & Facebook sync is coming with our desktop connector.

ReputeLift does 5 things extremely well for local businesses. No bloated feature set. No enterprise upsells.
Add your Google Business Profile to generate a direct “Leave a review” link, then route every customer straight to your Google review form.
Add customers manually or import from CSV. Send review requests via SMS or email after each visit.
Get personalized AI-drafted responses for every review. Approve and post with one click.

The AI Visibility add-on measures whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews recommend your business for the questions your customers actually ask — tracks it over time, shows who gets cited instead, and gives you an evidence-backed plan to show up more. It also turns your real collected reviews into structured data the engines can cite.
Core $99/mo (5 queries, monthly) · Pro $199/mo (20 queries, weekly). Attach it to any plan from Billing.
The owner who does great work and wants the reviews to prove it — without hiring an agency.
Single-location by design. If you run dozens of locations with a dedicated marketing team, an enterprise suite will fit you better — that's not who we built this for.
Month-to-month. No contracts. No hidden fees. No “talk to sales.”
Most review platforms charge $300+/mo and lock you into annual contracts. We don't.

Straight answers about how ReputeLift works and who is responsible for what.
ReputeLift helps single-location businesses get and manage more customer reviews. You add or import your customers, send branded review requests by SMS or email, and one tap takes them to your Google or Facebook review page. Incoming reviews land in a unified inbox where you can track ratings and respond — with optional AI-drafted replies you approve before posting.
ReputeLift connects to your Google Business Profile and, on the Pro plan, Facebook/Meta reviews. It retrieves your reviews and ratings, lets you post responses you approve, and can direct your customers to the right place to leave a review. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google or Facebook/Meta.
Yes — both. You can send review requests by email and by SMS text message. SMS goes out through Twilio and includes opt-out language on every message; email goes out through Brevo. You choose the channel per send, and customers who have opted out or are on your do-not-contact list are excluded automatically.
You are. Messages go out on your behalf, from your business identity, at your direction. ReputeLift is the technology that transmits them. That means you are the responsible sender under laws like the TCPA (for SMS) and CAN-SPAM (for email), and you must have consent to contact each customer. We build the opt-out tooling in; you stay responsible for using it lawfully.
Review gating means selectively asking only happy customers to post public reviews while routing unhappy ones elsewhere. Google and other platforms prohibit it, and the FTC has cracked down on it. ReputeLift is designed to request feedback from your customers alike rather than filter by sentiment. How you configure and use the tool is your responsibility, and you are responsible for complying with each platform's policies and FTC guidance.
No. ReputeLift makes it easy to ask for reviews and respond to them, but the review platforms independently decide whether reviews are published, displayed, ranked, or removed, and they change their policies and algorithms over time. We do not promise any number, rating, ranking, or business outcome.
On the Pro plan, ReputeLift can draft a reply to a review that references specific details from it. The draft is a suggestion only — you review, edit if needed, and approve it before anything is posted. You stay responsible for the content you publish. Drafts are generated using our AI provider, Anthropic.
Starter is $49/month (Google reviews, unified inbox, SMS and email requests, QR code) and Pro is $99/month (adds Facebook reviews, unlimited requests, AI response drafts, advanced analytics, and a weekly digest). Both come with a 14-day free trial, no contract, and you can cancel anytime. Billing runs through Stripe.
Every SMS includes "Reply STOP to opt out." When a customer replies STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END), ReputeLift marks that number as opted out and stops sending it messages; replying START or YES resubscribes, and HELP returns help info. You're also responsible for honoring opt-outs you receive through any other channel.
Your business data and the customer contacts you upload are stored with encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls, and are used only to operate the Service and send the messages you authorize. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your customer lists for our own marketing. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Yours. You must have a lawful basis and any required consent to contact each customer you upload, and to comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable laws for the messages you send. ReputeLift acts as your processor for that contact data and gives you the opt-out and suppression tools to help you comply.
Yes — cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and there are no contracts. After termination we may delete your data after a reasonable period, so export anything you want to keep first. See the Terms of Service for details.
